Beacon Antenna G/H & J Band AO518
Description
Description
This compact, lightweight bent stub antenna was developed for airborne beacon transponder applications. The vehicle skin acts as the antenna’s ground plane and can be mounted through a D-hole to a .25″ thick surface and secured with supplied lockwasher and nut. When not directly mounted onto a metal surface, a 2-inch diameter ground plane is needed.
